Shoot Day One

Sorry for the delay. We had many problems with internet at the hotel, and reception in the mountains is NOT so good... if any.

What WAS good was the first day of shooting on this trip. We are currently stationed out of Gatlinburg, and we put in a few miles of hiking through the Smoky Mountains and rivers here. Absolutely beautiful scenery, and a gorgeous day! All is going according to plan, and the weather is cooperating with us. Rob Hardison also joined us on this leg of the trip. Rob is a Sr. Art Director at our agency. Rob is very creative, and it is a pleasure to work with him on this project.

Took lots of photos today, but due to the internet difficulties, will have to post them tomorrow or possibly Wednesday afternoon when it won't take 5 hours to upload. Along with the not-so wonderful internet at this not-so wonderful hotel, the elevator broke. Let say it is not fun having to hike all day on steep hills, through streams, and then have to lug all of your stuff up and down 5 flights of stairs. But, staying positive... the hotel doesn't matter as much as the beautiful film we took today!

Well, more emails to answer while I have one bar's worth of reception on this thing they are calling WIFI here.
